DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

mrtraveller.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a DMCA notice as described below.

1. Notice of Infringing Content

If you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on mrtraveller.org without your authorization, you may submit a notification to our designated agent for DMCA notices. The notification must include the following information:

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be valid, a counter-notice must include the following information:

1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

2. Your name, address, and telephone number.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which mrtraveller.org may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

5. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material within 10-14 business days, unless we receive a notification that the copyright owner has filed a lawsuit to seek a court order to prevent the reinsertion of the material.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, mrtraveller.org has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also remove or disable access to any material or account that is found to be infringing repeatedly.

4. No Liability for User-Generated Content

mrtraveller.org is a platform that allows users to post content. We are not responsible for the content posted by users and cannot be held liable for infringing content uploaded by users. However, we will promptly respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and remove infringing content as required by law.

5. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may update our DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date."
